We have explained that the Deep Quakes that rose exponentially from about 1985 until the year 2000 were a reaction to the loss of heat particles from the core of the Earth, such that the crust plates, floating on the sea of magma, tightened into each other. This trend ended and another emerged, the global shuddering noted only in the Spring of 2003 and continuing at regular intervals during the past year when the Earth is forced into a conflict position between the Sweeping Arms of the Sun and the magnetic dictates imposed by Planet X. Weak points in the crust crumble during these conflicts creating the periodic disaster scenarios which have shown an obvious Pattern. Since we have described the globe as being subject to constantly trembling ground, emergency crews exhausted with an endless series of disasters, and the public clearly alerted to the need to move to safe locations if they have not already done so, then are these disasters to continue, increasing, until rotation slowing to a stop occurs?
Conflicts occur where two dictates exist, the winner not obvious. This has been the case when Planet X moved into the inner solar system during the later part of 2003, the Earth coming round in her orbit and thus Planet X at the side, the Sun at her face. Slowing rotation occurred, to a minor degree, during this time, because there were twotouch points the Earth was trying to honor, one holding her back from her rotation, the other the dominant Sun. Conflict has existed during the first half of 2004 because Planet X was rising from beneath the Sun, passing the Sun’s South Pole, and moving toward Earth and thus moving between the Earth and her Sun. Thus, increasingly, as the Sun’s voice is blocked, the Earth has lessconflict, but is in the grip of Planet X. Like a snared rabbit, struggling to escape when hung by the ears by its captor, the struggle only proceeds when there is hope for escape. The Earth is now snared, with no hope of escape, resigned, and is twisting and tilting and leaning in step with Planet X like a compliant captive.
Thus extreme tilting can occur with little warning or violent earthquakes. Until the situation exists that will institute the start of rotation slowing, there may be little or no earth changes like the past year has presented. The pole shift we have described, a conflict between the core of the Earth and its crust, requires two dictates, in conflict. This conflict is likewise present the week of rotation stoppage, as we have explained, because the Earth moans, complaining that it cannot turn as the core wants to do. Thus none of the horrors we have described have evaporated, but are still in the Earth’s future, regardless of any temporary respite that a lack of conflict or an earthquake plate lockdown may provide.
The Earth’s first evasion is to tilt her N Pole away from the oncoming Planet X to such a degree, and so violently, that she leans all the way over to the left and then REBOUNDS as a reaction all the way to the right. This is the severe wobble, for a length of 9 days.

Below is an event timeline based on ZetaTalk that begins 7 weeks prior to the Pole Shift. This calendar provides specific durations for the dramatic events preceding the climactic Pole Shift and Planet X is clearly visible in the daytime sky from Day 1.
SOZT What starts the process of the last weeks, with all their extreme gyrations, is a threshold being crossed. The dithering we have been describing - where Planet X, the Earth and the other planets caught in the cup (Dark Twin and Venus) are all bouncing around, reacting to movement in another, to crowding of magnetons or other particles – reaches an explosive point. During this time Planet X moves to the right as far as possible, to evade the ever increasing particle crowding, but is still outbound, steadily. Thus, visibility is enhanced, and Second Sun sightings are common. This is the start of the 7.3 week period we described, where it would be unmistakably visible to all on Earth. Venus escapes the cup. The Dark Twin escapes the cup. And the dance of many becomes a deadlock grip by Planet X on the Earth. It is no longer an issue of the Earth wobble or temporary leans to the left of into opposition sufficing. This is twitching about, compared to the last weeks. If the years and months of the Earth wobble were the wrestlers positioning themselves at the edge of the mat, then the last weeks are full contact, and neither can let go of the other. In this, of course, Planet X wins.
When Venus and the Dark Twin escape from the cup, the particle crowding is suddenly eased, allowing Planet X to come forward toward the Earth. The Earth’s first evasion is to tilt her N Pole away from the oncoming Planet X to such a degree, and so violently, that she leans all the way over to the left and then REBOUNDS as a reaction all the way to the right. Finally, the rebound is repressed, for a lingering lean to the left of 4.5 days or so. Then a progression where the N Pole of Earth is pushed away from the Sun and the approaching Planet X, until the point where 3 days of darkness is unmistakable. This progression is another 2-3 days in time. Then the 3 days of darkness and the 6 days of sunrise west, which is a momentum and turnaround for the swing into the 3 days of darkness.
Then the Earth rights herself, side by side with Planet X, and begins her rotation slowdown. It is during this time that the Earth is drawn toward Planet X, so that Planet X quickly increases in size in the skies and is the writhing monster of legend. Slowing rotation is not a linear matter, but exponential as the Earth is pulled closer to Planet X. The Earth moans, groans, and complains as the core pulls at the crust but the crust is gripped, increasingly, and held by Planet X. The slowing is a lurching matter too, as when the Atlantic Rift is exposed, the grip slows the rotation, but when hidden, rotation tries to return. The dynamics in place as the 12th Planet approaches during the last few days before the coming pole shift are such that rotation stops with a predictable part of the Earth facing the approaching 12th Planet - the mid-Atlantic Ocean off the eastern seaboard of the United States. This part of the globe is centered between land masses that are fairly neutral in magnetic polarization, but lines up over former lava flows from the renting apart of the continents, the mid-Atlantic rift. The Pacific trench does not carry the same appeal, as it lies deeper under the water and its characteristics differ in composition from the newer magma that has arisen during continental drift. Magma bubbling up in the Pacific is more diffuse than the magma bubbling up in the Atlantic, centered in the rift. Thus, the Atlantic lava beds are gripped, facing the Sun, facing the approaching 12th Planet coming up from the South along the rift, and causing both Europe, the Americas, and Africa to be on the long day side of the Earth. Rotation stops with the Atlantic Rift facing the approaching planet, which is coming nearly from under the Sun, but not directly under, so Africa and Europe are turned a bit more toward the Sun than the North American continent. Therefore, the Long Day described by Joshua and the long night described by the West Coast indians.
There is a human misconception that the rotation of the Earth, or a stoppage of this, would find things flying off the surface. How could this be when man walked on the Moon, which does not rotate. There will be no change, except that the heating and cooling that occur during rotation stop, except as the atmosphere and oceans distribute heat. Man will not roast or freeze, during rotation stoppage, as the atmosphere and oceans continue to circulate and thus spread about heating and cooling.
My question is in relation to the European Tsunami. It seems as the governments, particularly the UK have been looking into emergency procedures for this. If there are some factions within the UK and European governments that want to try and help the populace survive what advice would you give them? I have been thinking this through and I am really not sure what they can do. There are no tsunami warning systems, they have no idea when it will happen (NM adjustment), if they do inform the populace they think it will happen the populace will want to know how they have they foreknowledge. As there will be several New Madrid adjustments before the big one it will be difficult to call the the big one and warn people they had several hrs to leave the coast and if they did there would just be chaos as people tried to escape the coast. What would the zetas advise the governments as the best course of action if they were thinking of trying to help their people?
By the time the 7 of 10 scenarios have marched around the Equator to the point that Africa has separated from its ties to Europe and the Mediterranean and dropped, many dramas will have played out in the corridors of power. Many in a position to warn the populace are essentially paralyzed now by the arguments pro and con related to the cover-up over the presence of Planet X. Every step toward honesty brings about intense pressure not to break the cover-up, and by pressure we mean not only economic pressure but death threats. These forces, to tell and not to tell, rise and fall like waves, together. But if for no other reason than that obvious plate movements have occurred, and in accordance with our predictions, the early 7 of 10 scenarios will force a change.
This is clearly not Global Warming, nor the loss of the ozone layer, nor is this caused by solar emissions as historically a solar maximum does not cause plate movements. All this is bolstered by a severe wobble, where the Sun and Moon are out of place and so much under discussion that it will be a topic as common as the increasingly erratic weather. Add to this the Puppet Master's plans to put ZetaTalk and Nancy into the media, which will spread the warnings about the coming tsunami. With or without his plans, ZetaTalk fame will spread as it explains the Earth changes, and has the track record of having predicted them, and has the track record for having accurately pointed to the path of the inbound Planet X going into 2003, which no other source can claim.
The stage having been set, then, the crust movement steps during the hour of the shift are as follows:
As the South Pole, gripped by the passing North Pole of the 12th Planet, moves north, the crust is torn from the core and freed in this way, allowing pre-existing stress points to relax. Thus, Europe and Africa movefurther east, allowing the Atlantic to rip apart during the slide northward.
The immediate effect of the massive plate housing Europe, Russia and the Near East to move is felt most strongly in India, as the Himalayas are driven over India at this point, effectively submerging this country in a wink.
The effect of the Indo-Australian plate taking a dive under the Himalayas is to relieve tension along the African Rift, such that this tears, promptly, but in shuddering steps with halting adjustments and pauses between shudders. In essence, the movement eastward of the African continent is a momentum creating this tear.
During the tearing of the Atlantic Ocean floor, and the dragging north or the North American continent, an already existing tear in the St. Lawence Seaway tears further, essentially the weak link in this landmass held at so many points to the further side of the Atlantic Ocean. Canada moves north, while the rest of the Americas cling to the Atlantic Rift while it separates.
The movement of the massive plate housing Europe, Russia, and Asia to the east also is expected to rip this plate along the Himalayas, as we have stated, creating an inland bay into the Russian lands just to what is now the north of the Himalayas. This follows, in jerks and tears, over the hour of the shift, along with the tearing of the African Rift.
When the ocean off the bulge of Brazil has reached the position of the current North Pole, crust slippage stops, creating yet another drama. The major northern hemisphere plates stop, and whatever follows crashes into them. In the case of the Americas, this causes Central America and the Caribbean to crumble.
In the case of Africa, already sliding eastward, the force is further movement eastward, as subduction of the Indo-Australian plate has already begun, the weaker link already established and momentum in process.
The pileup is in what was the former Northern Hemisphere, and the compression of the Pacific is creating resistance as plates are subducted under the Americas, and then Japan explodes and Indonesia crumbles.
This frees the plates south of the tips of South America and Africa of stress. As the Pacific adjusts, reluctantly, pressure toward Antarctica, the one place on the globe not experiencing plate pressure, allows new land to pop up between the tips of South America and Africa.
Any country with thermal springs (central and southern Italy, eastern Austria, southern Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Iceland, Israel, Bulgaria, Hungary, US/California, Colorado, Oregon, Idaho etc, Chile, Peru, Canada/BC etc) and their potential danger during the PS. According to Zetas,http://www.zetatalk.com/ning/14ma2011.htmareas with hotsprings/thermal springs and a radios of 100 miles around them should be avoided during the PS as they might become intensely active (not sure if it´s due to mega-geysers, toxic gas leaks, overheating of the terrain or outright volcanic explosion). If one marks in a map the 100-mile hotspring radius around each of those areas (which become huge), then together with the lowland and coastal areas which will be flooded after the PS, it means that nearly all of the heretofore considered "safe" areas in the US, Canada and Central Europe (i.e. more than 800 ft high, more than 200 miles inland, non-volcanic) are not safe at all. Or are they only safe depending on the thermal/hotspring geological type (volcanic/nonvolcanic; hot/mineral but not hot)? Could the Zetas please clarify?
In analyzing an area for relative safety during the coming pole shift, and for habitability in the Aftertime, there are several steps that should be taken. In all of these cautions, there are of course exceptions.
The first to consider is whether the area will be viable at all for a ride through the pole shift. India will go under the waves, as will western Australia. Indonesia, except for the high mountains in Borneo, will be iffy for survival at all, as will be true in Central America and the Caribbean and Florida. But it is theoretically possible for someone to survive the rough water and disappearing land, to stay afloat or be on a high peak that remains above the waves.
Next is to consider where the new poles will be located, and the distance of the safe location from a new pole. Considering northern Siberia, northern Canada, Iceland and the northern reaches of Norway, Sweden and Finland as representative lands near a pole, consider whether a survival community could sustain itself in such a place. But it would be possible to survive in Tibet and then migrate toward Alaska after the pole shift, for instance, or survive the pole shift in the Bulge of Brazil and migrate toward the new Equator off the Andes.
Next is whether the area is a mountain building zone. The Andes, the West Coast of the US and Canada, the Aleutian Islands, Kamchatka in Russia and Japan - all will sustain subduction with consequent mountain building. But in such areas there are hard rock plateaus that have withstood pressure in the past that could be considered safe for a ride through the pole shift. We have also stated that the mountains in the eastern US, the Alps, and in eastern Russia and Mongolia and China are not in a mountain building state, but in a stretch zone. These are safe zones.
Then there is the issue of volcanic zones, which most often are located in mountain building areas. Volcanoes edge the Ring of Fire, and for the same reason that mountain building can be expected in these areas, volcanic eruptions from any volcano which has erupted in the past 10,000 years should be expected. But not all volcanoes expected to erupt will do so violently. Yellowstone or the Hawaii volcanoes where rock layers are folding under them will be less explosive than assumed.
Then there is the issue of tidal waves, which will roll inland in some areas for hundreds of miles and at great height. Texas will be scoured to the Escarpment, and the southern coast of Brazil flooded over the coastal mountains. The general guide is to be 100 miles inland and 200 feet high. But survival along coastlines is possible if above 600 feet and tidal bore or special circumstances are taken into consideration.
Then there is the issue of hot or melting Earth, where subduction in river valleys is so rapid and aggressive that the heat melts the ground, as has been recorded by the West Coast Indians in the past. The eastern Mediterranean coastline also recorded this during the Exodus. But being on high ground is a guard against hot or melting Earth, as the rock only melts when it is close to the point of friction between rock layers.
Then there is the matter of hot springs or places where the Earth is so thin that magma is near the surface. These have the potential during the pole shift of releasing gasses and ash, in the worst case being the equivalent of a volcanic eruption. This is more likely in a subduction zone such as the West Coast of the US. But hot springs will only be a danger in areas where violent subduction or violent stretching occurs, such as in the Rift Valley in Africa. Danger in the Alps or in Mongolia is virtually nil.
Next is proximity to flooding rivers, which will all top their banks. Such floods can spread in the interior of a continent for vast areas, melting the soil under buildings and toppling them and leaving survivors floating in an inland sea. But interior flooding from rivers overtopping their banks can be survived if one is in high ground well above the flood level of nearby rivers. Double the worst flood on record as a guide and be on rock, not soil that can melt.
Perhaps that we can expect incidents at nuclear stations during the 7 of 10 events, i.e. in SE Asia on achievement of a 7/10, in the west and the north of the S America during its roll, during rupture of the New Madrid fault line, in the western Europe during a tsunami? I assume that earthquakes and tsunami can present some problems on nuclear pollution even before the pole shift. Any comments of the Zetas?
After the Chernobyl disasters it is understandable that mankind is nervous about the coming pole shift and the potential of nuclear disasters in their nearby power stations. We have encouraged all to contact the operators of these facilities, and advise them of the coming disasters, encouraging them to shut down the facilities at the first sign of major quakes and the like.
We have explained that to a certain extent we, as benign aliens under the control of the Council of Worlds, can step in and remove the explosive potential from these power stations, as we have from nuclear bombs held by the US, by Russia, and by other nations. In a shutdown procedure, bolts that inhibit the nuclear reaction are dropped between the reactor rods, stopping the nuclear reaction cold. This is a simplistic explanation, as the power plant controls run on electricity which can surge or fail, thus interfering with a shutdown. Such electrical surges or failure, happening during a shutdown, has been associated with nuclear accidents at Chernobyl, and SL-1 for example.
As the hosing from the magnetic tail of Planet X continues to waft over the Earth, such surge and brownout can be expected. We predict that many nuclear power plants will be shut down, permanently, during the Earth changes leading into the pole shift, due to a combination of earthquake threats or damage and electrical surge and brownout. The grid will, in any case, be down after the pole shift, so this is only an early loss. As to flooding of reactors during the Earth changes or the pole shift tides, other than interfering with the electrical controls, this does not create, in and of itself, a disaster. Water is used to cool the reactor rods. It is the absence of water, due to the pumps being inoperable, that is a problem.
Many people, when encountering information about the coming geological changes due to occur just after the millennium, feel that the information strikes a resonance with them, is something they somehow knew about all along, and due to this connection with their own internal knowledge these individuals begin to seriously prepare for the changes. Such foreknowledge is due to one of three information pathways being in place.
The individual may be a contactee, and due to the frequent visitations that serious contactees receive, the subject invariably comes up. Not all contactees have foreknowledge of the coming cataclysms, as this information is not imparted due to ourwishes, but because it fits into the context of The Call given. Say, for instance, that the contactee is concerned about a child and the changing world this child will have to live in. This is a natural context to discuss the coming cataclysms. If the contactee is concerned about an aging parent who will shortly die, or the ethics of receiving a reward for something they were inclined to do anyway, the subject may not come up. Thus a contactee may or may not have foreknowledge.
The individual may be perceptive regarding geology, inherently logical, and find the towering mountains and separating continents not explained at all by conventional explanations. If they encounter information about wandering poles and coal seams in the Antarctic and flash frozen mastodons with green grass in their stomachs in the Arctic Circle, their unease increases. Thus the subconscious begins to put things together, and they have arrived at a logical conclusion at odds with the explanation prated by scientists at Universities and published in the news. They know something has been left out, and when they hear about the periodicy of the geological changes, and the theories about the 12th Planet, it all falls into place. Thus inherently logical, independent thinkers may arrive at foreknowledge on their own accord.
They have foreknowledge from birth, actually prior to birth, as due to discussions with the birthing envoys prior to selection of their next incarnation the subject came up and they pressed for an incarnation wherein they would have a significant role. Such incarnations allow alien visitor answering The Call to cut to the chase, as you say, and discuss the issues right off. Such pre-birth knowledge going into an incarnation finds the human vaguely aware that there is a role they have chosen that is out of sync with the routine flow they see about them. They have had a sense of preparing, all their life, forsomething, but are not consciously aware of what the something is. When they encounter others aware of the coming cataclysms, the overwhelming earth changes and concurrent societal changes, they suddenly understand the mission.

Of the 4 billion souls not formerly incarnated, who may or may not spark during this lifetime on Earth, there have hardly been pre-birth understanding of the shift. Of the billion who are reincarnating, almost none knew of the pending shift, even if they have lived through them previously. The reason for this is simple: mankind is here, in 3rd Density, to make his orientation decision, and this is best made when he is presented unexpectedly by situations. To be warned, to have time to plan, to place himself in safe quarters and countries and situations, reducesthese opportunities. Thus, warnings, prebirth or otherwise, are not done, and avoided in fact.
All parts of the globe will suffer magnitude 9 quakes, allcities will be reduced to rubble, and high rise buildings will be death traps! All nuclear power stations will be in distress and in danger of a meltdown. How many times do we need to say these things for the reality of what is coming to sink in? Your comfortable life as a city dweller cannot continue.
The Zetas mentioned how some of Earth's oil comes via "petrochemicals formed in the atmosphere during pole shifts"../science/s38.htm How exactly do these petrochemicals become thick black oil on Earth? Do these petrochemicals rain down via big/small black gooey droplets covering the ground, hover in the high atmosphere for weeks like smog or falling fog, or dump in mile-long sheets of thick black goo? If in sheets, does it catch fire and blanket the sky with thick smoke while falling and then catch everything ablaze wherever it falls? Does it blanket the countryside and kill all vegetation and not allow plants to grow in the region for a long time? How long until plants start growing again? Does PX's tail pummel only one side of Earth, or pelt most of the entire globe by wrapping itself around the Earth everywhere equally?
We have explained that the tail will lash the Earth, wrapping itself around the Earth, so that no part of the Earth is exempt. Firestorms most often occur in the vicinity of volcanoes as this is where the petrochemicals are formed as the tail passes over them. Folklore attests that the firestorms drop like a blanket, aflame. This burns until the oxygen available to the fire depletes.
This does not consume all the oxygen in the area, obviously, else there would not be reports from witnesses! The sticky oil lands on the ground, and does not linger as droplets in the air as it is heavier than air. Where the ground has been broken, shattered, it seeps into the ground. If open to bacteria and oxygen, the oil is consumed by oil eating bacteria as it is after oil spills today.
Even when in the ground, in the soil, this occurs. It must be protected from the air, sealed off somehow, to be preserved. Pitch, or tar beds, have a similar process, though closer to the surface than pools of oil. Thus in the unlikely occurrence that a blanket of oil drops upon you, it will either alight and burn, fail to alight and smother the ground in sticky oil, and then seep into the ground or linger on top to be eaten by bacteria over weeks and months. Since these deposits are not over vast areas, move if this happens.
